The Applicant has stated that the adjacent property has been out of town and the requested document is pending. Recommendation: The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on May 7, 2009, continued to the July 9, 2009 Planning Commission meeting. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the IUP request, contingent upon securing written permission from the adjacent property owner for access rights. Staff recommends tabling action until a written access agreement can be secured. Staff is forwarding the request to City Council this evening in order for the Applicant to authorize a second 60 -day extension. Funding Source: All costs associated with the processing of the IUP Application and all costs incurred by the City as a result of the proposed uses are paid by the applicant. Council Action: Motion to adopt Resolution # adopting findings of fact relating to the request for an Interim Use Permit for NorthWest Radio Control Club; -and- Motion to adopt Resoultion # to approve the request for an Interim Use Permit for NorthWest Radio Control Club, based on the findings of fact, contingent upon securing access right from the adjacent property owner. -or- Motion to deny the request for an Interim Use Permit based on the findings of fact.
