Attachment D <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 409-08-. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A TOW AND RECOVERY BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 16450 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09-08-_adopting Findings <br />of Fact # for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA? as follows: <br />On August 25, 2009, a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Scott and Colleen M. Grams ("Permittee") to operate a tow and recovery service <br />located on the property generally known as 16450 Nowthen Boulevard NW and legally described <br />as follows: <br />That. part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence north along the <br />east line thereof ' a distance 141.76 feet; thence east parallel with the north line of said <br />Northwest Quarter a distance of 310.02. <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11,04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a tow and recovery business to operate on the Subject <br />Property. <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed one (1) non-resident employee on the Subject Property <br />unless otherwise permitted by City Code. -Notification must be given to the City if the <br />Permittee will utilize non-resident employees. <br />3. That the established business hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. <br />4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed 2.5 trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or twenty vehicle trips per 24 hour period and vehicular <br />traffic trips include deliveries, customer, and employee trips. <br />19 <br />
