5. That the Permittee agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 of City Code relating to outside <br />parking and maneuvering areas of vehicles and equipment; all maneuvering areas must be <br />surfaced with a minimum of a class V surface. <br />6. That a Zoning Permit will need to be issued for the parking area, as it will be upgraded to <br />class V, concrete or bituminous in as stated in section 9.11.08 of City Code. <br />7. That the Permittee shall not be required to screen two commercial vehicles designed for <br />towing and recovering as required in Section 9.11.08 of City Code as it pertains to <br />necessary screening of commercial vehicles that remain outside for more than eight (8) <br />hours. The Off -Street parking area shall be limited to the area indicated on the site plan <br />supplied by the Applicant and herein attached as Exhibit A. <br />8. That the Permittee shall not be allowed to park vehicles or equipment in the public right <br />of way related to personal use or home occupation use. <br />9. That the Permittee shall not be allowed to leave vehicles running when not in use. <br />10. That the Permittee must obtain all applicable permits to ensure that the structures are <br />compliant with all applicable state and local codes. <br />11. That should the Permittee die or sell the Subject Property, the Permit shall be <br />automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or <br />child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice <br />to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize <br />continuation of the Permit without farther hearing. <br />12. The Permittee shall reside on the Subject Property; if the Permittee does not reside on <br />the Subject Property, the Permit shall be terminated. <br />13. That adequate water supply and on -site sewage disposal facilities shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br />14. That the home occupation shall not constitute a fire hazard or nuisance to neighbors as <br />defined by section 9.11.04 of City Code. <br />15. That adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee in accordance with <br />section 9.11.09 of City Code. <br />16. The Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br />17. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br />RESOLUTION #09-08-_ <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />411 <br />
