<br />Attachment F <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution andmovedfor-its-a-doptfon:- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A GENERAL CONTRACTOR BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 16507 GERMANIUM ST NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_ <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 6, 2009, conducted a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code and <br />recommended that City Council approve/deny the request for a Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />WHE:REAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09-08-_adopting Findings <br />of Fact #_for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On August 25, 2009, a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Mark Lofgren ("Permittee") to operate.a general contractor business located on the <br />property generally known as 16507 Germanium 8t NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 2, White Pine Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Use Permits) and 9.11.04 (Home <br />Occupations) of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a general contractor business to operate on the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed one (1) non-resident employee on the Subject Property <br />unless otherwise permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the <br />Permittee will utilize non-resident employees. <br /> <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday-Saturday 7:30am to 6:30pm. <br /> <br />4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two (2) vehicle trips per <br />hour per standard eight (8) hour business day or sixteen (16) vehicle trips within a <br />twenty-four (24) hour period and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, customers, and <br />employee trips. . <br /> <br />48 <br />
