<br />5. That the Permittee agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 (Residential Development Off- <br />Street Parking) of City Code relating to outside parking and maneuvering areas of <br />vehicles and equipment; all maneuvering areas must be surfaced with a mininiilln of class <br />V gravel or con bit and have a minimum base of atleast two (2) inches. <br /> <br />6. That a Zoning Permit will need to be issued for"any expansion of parking, maneuvering or <br />storage area and for the installation of privacy fencing. . <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall not be allowed to park vehicles or equipment in the public right <br />of way related to personal use or home occupation use. <br /> <br />8. That the Permittee shall not be allowed to leave vehicles running when not in use. <br /> <br />9. That the Permittee must obtain all applicable permits to ensure that the structures are <br />compliant with all applicable state and local codes. <br /> <br />10. That should the Permittee die or sell the Subject Property, the Permit shall be <br />automatically terminated, except that in the case of death; should a surviving spouse or <br />child, residing at the same address, desire to continue. the home occupation, written notice <br />to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize <br />continuation of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />11. The Permittee shall reside on the Subject Property; if the Permittee does not reside on <br />the SubjeCt Property, the Permit shall be terminated. <br /> <br />12. That adequate water supply and . on-site. sewage. disposal facilities shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />13. That the home occupation shall not constitute a fire hazard or nuisance to neighbors as <br />defined by section 9.11.04 (Home Occupations) of City Code. . <br /> <br />14. That adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee in accordance with <br />section 9.11.08 (Residential Development Off-Street Parking) of City Code. <br /> <br />15. The Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />16. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />17. That the City Administrator, or hislher designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-08-_ <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />49 <br />
