The DNR also provide techniyal assistance to the City to assist <br />in the proper use of groundwater resources. DNR's well interference program operates <br />independently from the MDH PUblic Water Supply Program and services. <br /> <br />We Recommend: that the Plan identify that the City will request assessments of well <br />interference potential for new wells from the DNR <br /> <br />. ' <br /> <br />Chapters 4 and 5 (Goals and Plan of Action) <br />The Plan lists five goals in chapter 4 (itemized with letters A through E). A corresponding <br />actions to address the last two goals (D - data collection; and E - ensuring a potable drinking <br />water supply) are confused in chapter 5 which does not have a section heading for D but does . <br />have a section heading for E "Data Collection." <br /> <br />We Recommend: that Chapter 5 (Plan of Action) be revised to indicate corresponding <br />activities of the Plan to achieve the goals listed in chapter 4. <br /> <br />'! <br /> <br />-- <br />
