<br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-08-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATED TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR THE ANDRIE STREET AND <br />164TH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, STATE AID PROJECTS 199-126-01 AND 199-125-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has planned the improvement of Audrie Street NW, <br />State Aid Route No. 199-126-01 from 164th Lane NW to Alpine Drive NW in the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has planned the improvement of 164th Lane NW, State <br />Aid Route No. 199-125-01 from Jarvis Street NW to Andrie Street NW in the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the <br />improvements ofthese streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on both <br />sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the north and east sides of <br />Andrie Street NW and 164th Lane NW at all times. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />11 th day of August 2009. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-08-XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
