Weare also running into conflicts with the small utility providers, <br />specifically Qwest, with the location oftheir existing telephone pedestals in relation to the proposed <br />improvements, and there may be scheduling conflicts to have them complete their necessary relocation <br />in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Financing: <br /> <br />The majority of the roadway project including design, street and sidewalk construction, and storm sewer <br />installation will be funded with MSA dollars. Assessments are proposed to cover the cost of one half <br />the original overlay project that was initially proposed in the 2008 Street Maintenance Program, which <br />are estimated at approximately $1,700 per parcel.
