Financing: The majority of the roadway project including design, street and sidewalk construction, and storm sewer installation will be funded with MSA dollars. Assessments are proposed to cover the cost of one half the original overlay project that was initially proposed in the 2008 Street Maintenance Program, which are estimated at approximately $1,700 per parcel.
