<br />c-~ <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-08-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #09-22, 2009 STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, minor drainage issues throughout the City have been identified for corrective <br />action; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications <br />for the above project on August 12,2008; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The plans and specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted and; <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />11 th day of August 2009. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-08-XXX <br />Page toft <br />
