<br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that it be directed to prepare plans and specifications for the 2008 StOl'Il1 <br />Water Improvement Project which would include the improvements at:'6941 152nd Avenue; <br />Llama Street and 163rd A venue; and 6043 Highway 10. Staff further recommends that it be <br />directed to continue to work with the residents of the Kamacite Street and 14Sth Lane/Avenue <br />. . <br /> <br />proj eet to determine the desired alternative and to proceed with the implementation of that <br />alternative. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />The estimated cost of the 2008 Stonn Sewer Improvement Project, including the Kamacite & <br />148lh project which Iliay be undertaken by the Public Works Department, is estimated to be <br />$145,000 with funding from the Stonn Water Utility which is dedicated f11uding for addressing <br />these types of nondevelopment related storm water issues. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to City Council that staff be directed to prepare plans and specifications <br />fOf the 2008 Stoml Water Improvement" Project which would include the improvements at: 6941 <br />15211d A venue,' Llama Street and 163/'d A venue,' and 6043 Highway 10; and that staff continue to <br />work with the residents of the Kamacite Street and 14ffh Lane/Avenue project to determine the <br />desired alternative and to proceed with the implementation of that alternative. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Director of Public Works/Principal City Engineer <br />Assistant City Engineer <br />.
