<br />2008412.023 <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record 10 2219594 <br /> <br />REC'D JUL 1 5 2009 <br />Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-05-081 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUP ATIONPERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A SPECIALTY FABRICATION BUSINESS WITHIN AN ATTACHED <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17131 BAUGH ST <br />NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0826 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #08-05-080 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0826 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On May 13, 2008 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Nathan Wattenhofer ("Permit Holder") to operate a specialty fabrication business in <br />an attached accessory structure located on the property generally known as 17131 Baugh St NW <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2 Block 1 Kings Ranch Estates <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a specialty fabrication business to. operate within an <br />attached accessory structure that is located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder is allowed one (1) non-resident employee unless otherwise <br />permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permit Holder will <br />utilize non-resident employees. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. <br /> <br />4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, customer, <br />/ and employee trips. <br /> <br />/' <br /> <br />5. That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder leasethebusinessportion ()fthe .. <br />accessory structure located on the Subject Property to anyperson(s) thatdoesnot reside <br />on the Subject Property. <br />
