<br />6. . That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />7. That the Permit Holder must obtain all applicable permits to ensure that the structure is <br />compliant with all applicable state and local codes. <br /> <br />8. That the Permit Holder must bring the building into compliance with all applicable state <br />and local codes, including the installation of a fire suppression system in accordance with <br />amendment "1306" to the State Building Code, prior to the commencement of any <br />commercial activity. <br /> <br />9. That the Permit Holder shall on an annual basis contact the Anoka County Environmental <br />Services Department for review of the business operation and provide a copy of their <br />findings to the City. <br /> <br />10. Should the Permit Holder die or sell the Subject Property, the Permit shall be <br />automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or <br />child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice <br />to that effect. shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize <br />continuation of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />11. The Permit Holder shall reside on the Subject Property or the adjacent parcel; if the <br />Permit Holder does not reside on either parcel, the Permit shall be terminated. <br /> <br />12. Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />13. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder in accordance with <br />section 9.11.08 of City Code. <br /> <br />14. The Permit Holder shall improve the access to the Subject Property with a minimum of <br />prepared gravel. <br /> <br />15. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />16. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />17. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-05-081, <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
