15. 16. the Permittee will be responsible for the stormwater utility charge, based on the determined Residential Equivalent Unit (REU) calculation of OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittee. shall be responsible for obtaining all required permits or licenses required by any other regulatory agencies. CONSTRUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE. The Permittee shall adhere to all City Code ordinances relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage, site development, construction debris, open burning, etc. Construction and delivery hours are restricted to 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. All stockpiles of building materials shall. be kept 20 feet from the back of curb, or a silt fence around the. materials must be installed. The Permittee shall post a sign stating such at all entrances to the Site, such sign may, range from 20 to 30 square feet in size, and be securely anchored in place. 17. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The City shall be responsible to provide the financial assistance defined in Section .2.2 of the Development Agreement between the parties, hereto dated The payment for the Site Improvements shall be made at the time a Certificate of Occupancy for the Site is issued. These payments will be made to Permittee only if all property taxes, City fees and charges on the properly are current. 18. AGREEMENT BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. The Permittee agrees that this Development Permit shall be binding upon its successors and assigns. Breach of any of the terms of this Development Permit by the Permittee shall be grounds for denial of any required building permits.
