Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09 -08 -XXX <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTING WITH A VENDOR FOR AD SALES <br />SERVICES, A VENDOR FOR REDESIGN OF THE RAMSEY RESIDENT AND A <br />VENDOR FOR PRINT SERVICES FOR THE RAMSEYRESIDENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has considered a redesign of the City newsletter, The <br />Ramsey Resident. The newsletter will be a four-color glossy newsletter with space for <br />advertisers. Staff sought authorization to .obtain a draft contract for sale of ad space, and <br />proposals for redesign and printing of the newsletter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Staff shall enter into a contract with Scott Robinson of Youth First Marketing, LLC <br />where Mr. Robinson will sell ad space in the Ramsey Resident on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />2. Staff shall enter into a contract with , based on Council. discussion, to <br />perform redesign of the Ramsey Resident., <br />3.
