modify the amount of Fire Relief Association funds set out in this paragraph <br />from year to year as it deems necessary. <br />L. Nowthen shall annually pay Ramsey the difference in Worker's Compensation <br />insurance between the amounts Ramsey would pay if the fire personnel <br />assigned to the Nowthen Station were not included in Ramsey's Worker's <br />Compensation insurance coverage and the amount Ramsey is paying with the <br />fire personnel assigned to the Nowthen station included in Ramsey's Worker's <br />Compensation insurance coverage. The Board shall have the power to modify <br />the amount of Worker's Compensation insurance set out in this paragraph from <br />year to year as Ramsey's Worker's Compensation insurance premiums change. <br />6. INSURANCE/LIABILITY <br />A. Ramsey shall purchase and keep in force the following insurance during the <br />term of this Agreement: <br />Worker's compensation coverage in at least the minimum amount <br />required by law on all fire personnel within its fire department. (Ramsey <br />waives the right to bring any claim against Nowthen for any workers' <br />compensation benefits paid to its own employees or volunteers or their <br />respective dependants, even if the injuries were caused wholly or <br />partially by the negligence of Nowthen or its officers, employees or <br />volunteers.) <br />ii.. Liability insurance covering acts of Ramsey's. fire personnel, and all _ <br />automobile and fire/rescue trucks used by the fire department in an <br />amount not less than the maximum municipal liability limits for damage <br />to property, and injury and death to persons contained in Minn. Stat. <br />466.04 as amended from time to time as well as any other insurance <br />required by law. <br />iii. All such insurance policies shall name Nowthen as an additional <br />insured. Proof of such insurance shall be supplied to Nowthen annually. <br />B. Nowthen shall purchase and keep in force the following insurance during the <br />term of this Agreement: <br />i. Liability insurance covering all automobile and fire/rescue trucks owned <br />by Nowthen and employed under this Agreement in an amount not less <br />than the maximum municipal liability limits for damage to property, and <br />injury and death to persons contained in Minn. Stat. 466.04 as amended <br />from time to time as well as any other insurance required by law. <br />8 <br />
