Ramsey must pay to its personnel assigned to the Nowthen fire station <br />(including, but not limited to, emergency response, training, community <br />events, and regular meetings), Nowthen shall pay Ramsey at the per hour rates <br />shown on the attached Exhibit B. <br />F. Ramsey and Nowthen shall provide an itemized statement of amounts due <br />from the other party under this Agreement quarterly, and all .such payments <br />due shall be made within 35 days of billing, provided, however, that the parties <br />may agree to net the amounts owed against each other with the party that owes <br />more issuing payment for the difference to the party that owes less in that <br />quarter. <br />G. The Board shall meet by July 30th of each yeafor the puose of reviewing A r Rates shown on the attached rates shown on the attached Exhibits and B <br />Exhibits A and B may be increased or decreased only upon agreement of three <br />of the four members of the Board. Any such increase in rate schedules must <br />occur prior to September ist to be effective for the following calendar year. <br />H. During the term of this Agreement, Ramsey shall receive all allocations of <br />Firefighter State Relief Benefits ("R�se shallrse separately track call such m the State to Nowthen for <br />purposes of firefighter's pensions. y p <br />FSRB proceeds received during the term of this Agreement, along with'the <br />interest earned on such proceeds. <br />Upon request by Nowthen,. Ramsey may provide non -emergency fire -related <br />services (such as, but not limited to, fire investigation services by full time paid <br />staff, fire marshal services, site and building plan review by event Nowthentshall pay Ramsey <br />e fire marshal, <br />and fire code compliance services). In that the Ramsey City Council <br />on an hourly basis for such services, provided <br />and the Nowthen City Council have first agreed upon the hourly rate for such <br />services. <br />f. Nowthen shall pay Ramsey $6,416.00 as administrative costs covering <br />Ramsey's fire chief and other administrative components of operating the fire <br />department. Nowthen shall make quarterly payments to Ramsey of the <br />Administrative fee set out in this paragraph. The Board shall have the power <br />to modify the amount of administrative costs set out in this paragraph from <br />year to year as it deems necessary. <br />K. Nowthen shall annually contribute to Ramsey's Fire Relief Association fund <br />$3,708.00 as its share of the Fire Relief Association fund costs (based on the <br />per firefighter amount currently paid by Ramsey time the expected firefighters <br />to be stationed at the Nowthen fire station).
