<br />Ramsey Town Center Open House. There will be a public open house to solicit input on September 2nd, <br />from 5:30 to 7:30 in the Alexander Ramsey Room. See attached invitation. <br /> <br />Home Occupation Update. A combination of factors, including recent revlSlons to the Home <br />Occupation Ordinance and changes to the. City's Code Enforcement and Abatement procedures, has <br />appeared to lead to increase the nUp:lber of home occupation complaints Staff responds to. Although the <br />level of complaints has dwindled over the past couple weeks, Staff continues to address a few more home <br />occupations that might trigger Planning Commission review. In addition, the Applicant for a Home <br />Occupation Permit for Eagle Ridge Service (general contractor) has requested additional time to work <br />through the feedback from the previous Planning Commission.
