<br />9) Adopt a Resolution #09-08-170 Appointing a Planning Commission Member (Ralph Brauer) <br />10) Report from Public Works <br />1) Maintenance Expectations for RTC Properties - No action taken <br />2) Consider Amendments to the Topsoil Ordinance - Council ratified the <br />recommendation of the Public Works committee and voted to amend the ordinance to <br />reduce the minimum organic content to 25% and the maximum sand content to 30%. <br />3) Consider Cross Walk across Alpine Drive at Alpine Park - Council ratified the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee and voted to postpone this case to <br />allow staff time to research the following: the option of a location in the' middle, the. <br />possibility of a sidewalk on the north side; ask for a speed study to be conducted in <br />the area; a connection between 1 53rd Way and 153rd Court; have a trail connection <br />between these two areas and Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br />4) Review Draft Culvert Policy - No action taken <br />5) Consider Acquisition of Lot I, Block I, Pineview Estates 2nd Addition - Council <br />ratified the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and voted to refer this <br />case to the Finance Committee. <br />6) Consider Parking Ramp Lighting - No action taken. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Elvig, Dehen, Look, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Part 2 of the City's Wellhead Protection Plan <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7: 15 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine: <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />, Assistant City Engineer Jankowski reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Citizen Inuut <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and McGlone.
