<br />9) Adopt a Resolution #09-08-170 Appointing a Planning Commission Member (Ralph Brauer) <br />10) Report from Public Works <br />1) Maintenance Expectations for RTC Properties - No action taken <br />2) Consider Amendments to the Topsoil Ordinance - Council ratified the <br />recommendation of the Public Works committee and voted to amend the ordinance to <br />reduce the minimum organic content to 25% and the maximum sand content to 30%. <br />3) Consider Cross Walk across Alpine Drive at Alpine Park - Council ratified the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee and voted to postpone this case to <br />allow staff time to research the following: the option of a location in the' middle, the. <br />possibility of a sidewalk on the north side; ask for a speed study to be conducted in <br />the area; a connection between 1 53rd Way and 153rd Court; have a trail connection <br />between these two areas and Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br />4) Review Draft Culvert Policy - No action taken <br />5) Consider Acquisition of Lot I, Block I, Pineview Estates 2nd Addition - Council <br />ratified the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and voted to refer this <br />case to the Finance Committee. <br />6) Consider Parking Ramp Lighting - No action taken. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
