<br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that he would like to spend time on a proposal that splits out the <br />costs that can be brought to the County to show what we bring to the table. He noted that he <br />feels that the City has a realistic chance to get the CMAQ grant. <br /> <br />Commissioner Look suggested that the City come to the table with the CMAQ funds and ask the <br />County to shoulder the responsibility for right-of-way. <br /> <br />Commissioner Elvig stated that he feels there needs to be additional work done behind the scenes <br />before it can force its hand. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Review HRA Administrative Issues ...continued <br /> <br />Commissioner Ramsey noted that he doesn't think Case #2 was finished and that staff is looking <br />for feedback on when the HRA should meet. He stated that he would like to meet on the weeks <br />opposite the Regular Council Meetings at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Elvig noted that there would be conflicts with Public Works meetings. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich suggested that the first Tuesday of the month is currently set aside for <br />possible Work Sessions and could be slotted for an HRA meeting.
