<br />Financial Impact on Local Government <br /> <br />Subpart 2. Financial Impact on Local Government. Each plan shall contain an analysis of <br />the financial impact of implementation of the proposed regulatory controls and programs <br />identified under Part 8410.0100. The analysis shall include, at a minimum, an estimate of <br />the costs associated with the plan's implementation and anticipated sources of revenue . <br /> <br />Activities of the LRRWMO, as previously described and outlined, shall be funded by the member <br />municipalities in accordance with the funding percentage as stated in the Joint Power Agreement <br />(Appendix A). <br /> <br />As permits are submitted and reviewed by the WMO, including review of wetland activities, the <br />permit applicants will continue to be billed on time and expenses occurred. <br /> <br />Adoption by Reference <br /> <br />Subpart 3. Adoption by Reference.
