His
night tows average three a month. He stated he could extend the driveway to park the trucks
back behind the house line for screening compliance. He will have at the most two trucks on the
property. He will continue to run one of the vehicles all night.

Discussion ensued as to where the trucks could be parked on the driveway and still be in
compliance with City Code.

Commissioner Dunaway asked how long the business has been run out of the home. Mr. Grams
stated three and one half years.

Commissioner VanScoy asked if the new vehicle will be better at starting as one of the concerns
is that the trucks are running all night.

Mr. Grams stated he doesn't run them all night, the new diesels have plug in heaters.
