10. That the Applicants currently reside at 8630 10~' Ave So.; in Bloomington, MN and wish to purchase the Subject Property. 11. That the Applicants are proposing to maintain four (4) dogs on the Subject Property including one (1) 55 pound lab/beagle, three (3) Chihuahuas ranging from seven to 15 pounds with the option of one (1) additional temporary care dog, which is required as part of Jamie Topero's employment as a Veterinarian Technician. 12. That the Applicants have submitted vaccination certificates for all four dogs, herein attached as Exhibit A. 13. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the. area. 14. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare.. 15. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 16. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. 17. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities .and services such as highways and streets. 18. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 19. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors.
