<br />BRYAN HARJES, PROJECT DESIGNER, LEED AP <br /> <br />Bryan is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of Minnesota, LEED accredited, <br />and an Associate with HKGi. He will serve as a Project Designer on the project. He will <br />oversee the development of concept alternatives and will follow through to detailed <br />design and the compilation of construction documents. Bryan's interest and skill in park <br />and neighborhood design has helped him become one of the region's leading Landscape <br />Architects, particularly in the areas of urban design and detailed site design. He has <br />a wonderful ability to thrive in a workshop environment and to listen well to clients <br />intentions. He has led the design for projects like the Ramsey Town Center Commons <br />Park throughout Minnesota arid the Midwest. Bryan's skill set will be a strong asset to <br />the team in Rarnsey. <br /> <br />ANA NELSON, PROJECT DESIGNER <br /> <br />Ana is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of Minnesota with a great deal of <br />experience in designing and organizing detailed public spaces. Ana will be a Project <br />Designer on the East Meandering Commons Park project and will be responsible for <br />coordination of background information, analysis tasks, workshops, and will be integral <br />to the design of alternatives and details throughout the design process. She is very <br />good at developing understandable solutions and using graphics in a manner that help <br />stakeholders better understand proposed designs. Her professional experience in parks, <br />streetscapes, plazas, and urban design will be of great benefit to the project team. <br /> <br />JOE SAMUEL, CIVIL ENGINEER <br /> <br />Joe and his staff will provide project civil engineering expertise, providing conceptual <br />grading drainage and stormwater engineering services, cost estimation, structural <br />engineering, permit processing, and (if required) construction administration services. Joe <br />has worked recently with HKGi on several relevant projects including the redevelopment <br />planning and design of TCAAP in Arden Hills and the master planning for UMore Park: <br />A New Sustainable Community located in Rosemount, Minnesota, which recently <br />won a MASLA Honor Award for Planning. Joe worked with HKGi on those projects to <br />develop innovative and low impact stormwater management strategies, design roads, <br />bridges and utilities, and estimate the costs of public improvements. Joe's experience <br />on numerous similar projects and his well-established working relationship with H KGi will <br />bring tremendous value to the project in Ramsey. <br /> <br />PROJECT TEAM <br /> <br /> <br />HKGi <br />Park Design Services.
