RELATED EXPERIENCE

TWIN CITIES ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT MASTER PLAN

ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA
Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. working with the developer (RRLD, LLC) and the City of
Arden Hills, led a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, to provide redevelopment planning
at TCAAP. The site is ideally located just ten miles from the central business districts of
both Minneapolis and Saint Paul, adjacent to Interstate Highway 3SW. The plan includes
a mix of commercial, residential and open space uses. The reuse of this brownfield site
is intended to provide the Arden Hills community and the metro region with a model for
sustainable community development providing places for people to live, work, shop and
play.

Conceptual master plan alternatives were developed under the guidance and direction of
a Master Plan Advisory Group consisting of members from the Arden Hills Community.

Additionally, Hoisington Koegler Group conducted regular workshops with
many public entities including: City Council, Planning Commission and City Staff.
Preliminary planning efforts incorporated extensive public outreach and review, including
public open houses, newsletters and web site updates to keep the public informed of
planning progress.

IIKGi
Page 20 - Park Design Services
