<br />~ <br /> <br />Next Steps <br />Should LEVEL be chosen to complete the first phase and develop a brand position, we- <br />would commit to the first steps of "breathing life" into that position with no obligation on <br />the part of the City. <br /> <br />Breathing life into the position is LEVEL's terminology for developing relevant and <br />meaningful communications that inspire trust. It's where LEVEL's creative team <br />develops creative concepts (message, look and feel) that carry the position forward. <br />Concepts are shared in a high level format, giving you several- options of themes from <br />which compelling communications are built. LEVEL would invite the Steering <br />Committee to our offices to review the work and collaborate with our creative team in <br />refining the primary concepts. <br /> <br />If the City decided not to move forward with the concepts, costs associated with <br />development of creative concepts would not be incurred. If the City chose to move <br />forward with the concepts, LEVEL would then develop a marketing plan to fit within the <br />defined budget. <br /> <br />L V L <br />
