Information or data that would help to qualify the project for, or identification of <br />local, state or federal development or funding mechanisms for park development. <br /> <br />The final version of the master plan must be provided in both written and diagram form, <br />as well as in an electronic form compatible with the software of the City. <br /> <br />Construction Documents Services <br /> <br />1. Prepare final plans and specifications for review and approval, including but not <br />limited to landscaping, irrigation, lighting, structural bridges, retaining walls, etc. <br />(all elements chosen from the final master plan). <br /> <br />2. Document final sustainable design strategies. <br /> <br />3. Prepare fmal cost estimates. <br /> <br />4. Coordinate approvals of all reviewing agencies. <br /> <br />5. Submit bid documents to the City for printing and sign specifications. <br /> <br />6. Respond to bidder questions and assist with addenda preparation. <br /> <br />7. Assist with review of bids and make a recommendation for award. <br /> <br />The following services must also be quoted/proposed as an add/alternate: <br /> <br />Construction Services <br /> <br />1. Respond to City and contractor questions, review and process submittals, prepare <br />proposal requests and review responses. Review and advise on contractor change <br />orders. <br /> <br />2. Conduct site visits to observe work for compliance with contract documents, <br />prepare written field reports and attend construction meetings. <br /> <br />3. Review and approve contractor's monthly pay and final payment requests. <br /> <br />4. Review and document implementation of sustainable design strategies/goals. <br /> <br />5. Monitor contractor's testing and start-up of new systems to ensure compliance <br />with contract documents, and provide reports indicating acceptance and approval. <br /> <br />Contract Closeout Services <br /> <br />Submit as-built record drawings in hard copy and electronic format compatible with the <br />software of the City. <br /> <br />PROCESS <br /> <br />1. Describe the process to be used by your firm on this project. <br /> <br />2. Identify which elements ofthe process your fIfni will perform with in-house staff, <br />and which elements (if any) will be contract services. Identify additional <br />consulting firms/individuals to be involved in this project and the work they will <br />perform as well as the percentage of the entire project for which they will be <br />responsible. <br />
