The City expects a <br />plan tailored to meet the specific needs and unique circumstances of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />TIMING <br /> <br />1. Indicate the proposed start and finish date for this project. The City of Ramsey <br />must have phase 1 of the project; which includes an amphitheater, pedestrian <br />bridge, and associated trails and amenities constructed by June 30,2010. <br /> <br />2. Understanding of and agreement with the firm's approach and methodology to the <br />project, including our general feeling or confidence in the firm to perform the <br />work. (20%) <br /> <br />2. Total cost of services and fees charged. (15%) <br /> <br />3. Experience with similar projects and clients, and availability of the ftrm. (15%) <br /> <br />4. References provided by past and current clients of the firm. (5%) <br /> <br />5. Specialized experience and technical competence of the firm and project team <br />assigned, including any subcontractors and associate ftrms as they relate to the <br />specific needs of this project. Qualifications and expertise of the project team. <br />(20% ) <br /> <br />6. Resources of the firm to conduct and complete this project in a satisfactory <br />manner, including the demonstrated ability to deliver work on time and within <br />budget. (15%) <br /> <br />7. Clarity, organization and responsiveness of the proposal. (10%) <br />
