<br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to negotiate a contract <br />that is in the best interest of the City at the absolute and sole discretion of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />2. The City will not reimburse the proposer for any expenses incurred as a result of <br />preparing and responding to this RFP. <br /> <br />3. The fIrm must submit 4 copies of the proposal to Tim Rimmer, City Engineer, at <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, 'Ramsey, MN 55303 by 4:30 pm on September 15, <br />2009. All proposals must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the <br />firm. <br /> <br />4. All questions must be in written form and may be directed only to Tim Rimmer, <br />City Engineer, at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303, <br />thimmer@ci.ramsey.mn.us or fax (763) 427-2199 by Wednesday September 9, <br />2009. Other members of the selection committee will not respond to any <br />questions, written or verbal. The questions, and subsequent answers, will be <br />documented and distributed to all RFP recipients by Friday September 11, 2009. <br /> <br />5. All proposals shall become the property of the City and the City may, at its <br />option, request an oral presentation prior to selection. No public bid opening will <br />be held. <br /> <br />6. Proposals in response to this RFP will be valid for sixty (60) days from the <br />proposal due date. The City reserves the right to request an extension of time if <br />needed. <br />
