agendas, submittals, and deliverables. We will bring these skills to this project, providing project leadership
and accountability for this city of Ramsey staff and consultant team. However, we will rely on the city's
engineering department to provide design services and participate in all phases of project development as
an integral team member.

Public Involvement

Our team has a proven track record (and lengthy resume) of projects that insisted on an inclusive and
collaborative approach to public participation. This approach includes engaging workshops, small group
break-out sessions, clear and realistic graphic illustrations, current data base of construction costs, and
other design tools to help clarify overall project intent and specific park components. Our scope of work
section identifjes our proposed public input methods for this project.

Design Products

The Kimley-Horn and Close team have the capabilities to use a number of graphic communication tools.
Hand sketches, precedent imagery, Photoshop and Illustrator site plans, sections and elevations, photo
simulations and technical plans, and detailing will be provided given the specific requirements of the project
and audience. As we move into construction document preparation, we will initiate our quality
controllquality assessment process, which includes an independent review of design plans and project
specifications. Because we have construction services personnel, we propose to involve them during the
design development phase to perform constructability reviews and provide information on contractor
capabilities and their work schedule status.

Current Clients and Workload
l~i~I~E8~r~~n~A~~~~i~~~,ln~.

Tim Yantos
Northstar Corridor Development
Authority
2100 3rd Avenue
Anoka, MN 55303
(763) 323-5692

Richard Freese, PE
City of Rochester
201 4th Street SE
Rochester, MN 55904
(507) 328-2426

Wayne Houle
City of Edina
4801 W. 50th St.
Edina, MN 55424
(952) 927-8861

Dan Solar, PE
Metro Transit
Central Corridor Project Office
540 Fairview Avenue North, Suite 200
St. Paul, MN 55104
(651) 602-1971

Bob Klatt
City of Woodbury
8301 Valley Creek Road
Woodbury, MN 55125
(651) 714-3583

Charles Ahl, PE
City of Maplewood
1830 East County Road B
Maplewood, MN 55109
(651) 249-2056

3

n Kimley-Hom
U alii Associates, Inc.
