Tom Harrington will serve as project manager and team lead and be <br />closely involved in all of design aspects of the project. He will serve as the main point of contact between <br />the city of Ramsey staff. He is recognized for his diversity of skills and <br />broad range of planning, urban design, and landscape architecture experiences. Tom <br />has significant history with community works projects that progress to final design and <br />construction. Tom's most notable park design experience was in Edina, where he <br />served as task and project manager on multiple phases of Centennial Lakes Central Park.
