Serving municipal clients is a primary focus of our Twin Cities office. For this project, Kimley-Horn staff members will provide a leadership role with services to include project management, landscape architecture and urban design, engineering coordination, public involvement, and constructability reviews. Project T earn We have assembled a team of design professionals with significant history of related project experience, and experie~ce working together. Tom Harrington will serve as project manager and team lead and be closely involved in all of design aspects of the project. He will serve as the main point of contact between the city of Ramsey staff. Below are brief descriptions of each of our primary service leaders for the project: Tom Harrington, RLA Role: Project Manager, Park Design Tom has practiced landscape architecture since 1985, providing professional services to Twin Cities communities for 20 years. He is recognized for his diversity of skills and broad range of planning, urban design, and landscape architecture experiences. Tom has significant history with community works projects that progress to final design and construction. Tom's most notable park design experience was in Edina, where he served as task and project manager on multiple phases of Centennial Lakes Central Park.
