<br /> <br />working in Ramsey, providing landscape architecture design services for the Ramsey Northstar Corridor <br />station site. <br /> <br /> <br />Bruce Jacobson, RLA <br />Role: Public Participation, Park Design <br />Bruce has practiced landscape architecture since 1980, initially working in Denver, <br />CO, then opening a small design studio on the east coast with a focus on parks, <br />trails, waterfront, and mixed-use redevelopment projects. Bruce joined Close <br />Landscape Architecture in 1995 and has managed a variety of public and private <br />sector projects throughout the Twin Cities region.Recent projects include Upper <br />Landing Park and Chestnut Plaza along the St. Paul riverfront, Dakota County's park <br />system plan, Schaar's Bluff master plan and phase I implementation in Dakota County, Como Park <br />campus master plan, and site design for the proposed University of Minnesota Bell Museum of Natural <br />History. Bruce was the project manager for early planning stages of Ramsey Town Center, including <br />overall master planning and detailed design for several parks. <br /> <br /> <br />Todd Halunen, RLA <br />Role: Park Design, Construction Documents <br /> <br />Todd has 18 years of landscape architecture experience with specific emphasis on <br />master planning, site planning, urban design and park and trail design projects. Todd <br />has proven his talents and ability to artfully weave the unique qualities of a place into <br />a project, creating functional spaces that provide exciting experiences for the users. <br />His design approach nurtures integration and collaboration with other design <br />professionals and project stakeholders crafting unique, creative, and long-lasting solutions for his projects. <br />Todd was the lead designer for Bayfront Festival Park, an award winning outdoor amphitheater along the <br />waterfront in Duluth, MN. <br /> <br /> <br />James Robin, RLA <br />Role: Park Design, Sustainable Design Strategies <br /> <br />James, with more than 40 years experience in th.e Twin Cities as a landscape architect, <br />has designed many public park projects. His built park work includes the recent <br />Memorial Field Pool for the city of Northfield, Lake Cenaiko in Coon Rapids Dam <br />Regional Park, the Schaa~s Bluff Area for Spring Lake Regional Park, and the <br />swimming pond for Lake Elmo Regional Park as well as numerous park sites for the cities of Burnsville, <br />Richfield, Bloomington and Deephaven. James also has completed several significant exhibit and trail <br />projects for the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chaska, MN. <br /> <br /> <br />Dan Coyle, PE, LEE[)@ AP <br />Role: Engineering Coordination, Sustainable Design Strategies, Construction <br />Documents <br /> <br />Dan has 16 years of engineering experience in both the public and private sector. His <br />experience includes site grading and utilities for municipal park projects. Dan has had <br />involvement in a number of municipal park projects including Mississippi River <br />Community Park and Henry Hammer Overlook in Anoka, and City Park in Bemidji. <br />Dan's broad range of municipal experience provides the team a valuable resource for municipal park <br />infrastructure design.
