<br /> <br />Jon Horn, P.E. <br />Role: Project Advisor, Construction, Engineering Coordination <br /> <br />Jon has over 23 years of diverse civil engineering experience, including various <br />transportation, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, watermain, trail, and park <br />improvements. A majority of his experience is in providing consulting services to local <br />municipalities ranging from feasibility studies and reports through final design and <br />construction. His previous park experience includes ball field, tennis court, hockey <br />facility, trail, and pedestrian bridge design. In addition to his practical design experience, Jon brings a <br />wealth of experience to the team in various public/stakeholder involvement processes. <br /> <br /> <br />Related Project Experience <br /> <br />The following is a representation of our team's related experience, which includes client reference contact <br />information. <br /> <br />Centennial Lakes Park <br />Edina, MN <br /> <br /> <br />While at another firm, Tom Harrington served as project and task manager for many of the park and <br />infrastructure design projects within Centennial Lakes. The services included all phases of the projects, <br />from concept design through construction services.
