MN Working with the Anoka Parks and Recreation Staff and the Parks Advisory Committee, Kimley-Horn provided preliminary through final design of two riverfront park reconstruction projects. The Mississippi River Park project included the replacement of the existing wooden surfacing of the picnic shelter area and installation of new playground equipment. The overlook project is the initial phase of the downtown riverfront project along the Rum River within the North Central Business District redevelopment area.
