Review the project's current sustainable design objectives to confirm validity <br />.. Develop updated sustainable design opportunities based on current trends and technologies, <br />community input, and staff direction <br /> <br />1.5 Develoo Park Desian/Ooinion of Probable Cost: <br />.. Based on the efforts in the previous tasks, prepare an updated park master plan illustration <br />.. Prepare sketch plans, conceptual details, cross-sections and elevations necessary to convey the <br />proposed designs <br />.. Prepare an opinion of probable cost for the proposed park improvements <br /> <br />1.6 Team Meetinas: <br />.. Participate in up to three (3) staff design review and team coordination meetings <br /> <br />Deliverables: Photographic inventory boards illustrating existing site conditions and <br />character/development patterns within Ramsey Town Center; master development plan, <br />summarizing the data and conclusions within Tasks 1.1 and 1.2; summary text and concept plans <br />illustrating public input information; sustainable strategies summary text; park design plan, which <br />may include sketches, conceptual details, cross-sections and elevations; and agendas and <br />meeting minutes of the meetings identiffed in Task 1.6. <br /> <br />Task 2: Construction Documents <br />2.1 Final Desian and Construction Plans: <br />..
