<br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />We have prepared a project schedule that chronologically identifies our proposed work tasks and key <br />project milestones. This schedule can be found on the following page. <br /> <br />Cost Proposal <br /> <br />Based on our understanding of the project, we propose a fee of $79,970.00 for the services identified as <br />Basic Services within the scope of work above. This amount includes estimated reimbursables and is to be <br />billed monthly using standard hourly billing rate by personnel. A spreadsheet that identifies detailed hours <br />and fees by task along with Kimley-Horn and Close hourly rate schedules can be found following the <br />project schedule. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />
