<br />Task 5 <br /> <br /> <br />An amphitheater will be brought <br />from conceptual design through <br />design development and <br />construction documentation. <br /> <br />a) Prepare two Concept Plan Options for East Meandering Commons Park <br />b) Provide an estimated break down of timeline (phases) and costs (design <br />development, construction documents and construction) for each of the <br />Concept Plan Options <br />c) Prepare a report with demographic, household, land use and park use data <br />d) Analyze sustainable design options and make recommendations to City <br />e) Prepare grant/funding opportunities for City review and pursue <br />f) Determine final design option <br />g) Update phasing plan after determining final master plan design option <br /> <br />Deliverables: Concept Plan Options for Review (PDF format) <br />Analysis Report with Graphics (PDF format) <br />Grant/Funding Matrix <br />Written Summary of Sustainable Design Options & Recommendations <br />Final Master Plan (written summary and graphic plan) <br /> <br />Construction Document Services (for Phase I) <br />We will prepare construction documents for Phase I of the Park Master Plan with a <br />City-anticipated construction completion of June 2010. It is our understanding that <br />elements of the Phase I work will be completed by City staff. We expect the Phase <br />I work will likely include: grading plan, complete stormwater design, amphitheater, <br />trails/sidewalks, pedestrian bridge, lighting, landscape plan and irrigation plan. We <br />will work closely with City staff to determine which elements will be completed by <br />Landform and which items will be completed by City staff. <br /> <br />a) Prepare final plans and specifications for Phase I <br />b) Prepare documentation for final sustainable design strategies <br />c) Prepare final cost estimates <br />d) Coordinate approvals of all reviewing agencies <br />e) Submit bid documents to City for printing and sign specifications <br />f) Respond to bidder questions and assist with addenda preparation <br />g) Assist with review of bids and make a recommendation for award <br /> <br />Deliverables: Construction Plans and Specifications <br />Bid Documents <br /> <br />7 <br />
