<br />Project <br />Team <br /> <br />Our team possesses the talent and expertise to develop a successful plan for East. <br />Meandering Commons Park. You can be assured that this project is a significant <br />project for our studio and company and will be given our full commitment. The team <br />members identified will be committed to this team for the duration of this project. <br /> <br />Design Team Mr. Darren Lazan, RLA, Owner and Senior Principal <br />Darren has over 25 years of diverse experience in nearly all aspects of site design and <br />engineering in both the public and private sectors. He will lead the project team and <br />be responsible for committing firm resources to the project as well as assuring overall <br />performance and client satisfaction. His broad design and master planning experience <br />includes every sector of commercial development and corporate campus management. <br />His past and current work includes retail and shopping center design and development, <br />entitlement process management, and a thorough understanding of development <br />business. <br /> <br /> <br />Teresa grew up in Wisconsin <br />and has always valued Midwest <br />outdoor places and activities <br />(photo above is one-year-old <br />Teresa trying out sledding for <br />the first time). <br /> <br />Ms. Kendra lindahl, AICP, Project Principal and Planner <br />Kendra will be the principal-in-charge for the Landform team and will be responsible <br />for leading the public-community engagement process. Ms. Lindahl's experience with <br />both public and private sector clients has provided her with an understanding of the <br />big-picture concepts and the expertise to ensure that details are addressed. Relevant <br />experience is as follows: <br />· Village of Hardwood Creek, Lino Lakes, MN <br /> <br />· Big Lake Downtown Framework Plan, Big Lake, MN <br /> <br />· Highway 7 Corridor Study, Hutchinson, MN <br /> <br />· Corcoran Planning Services; Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance; Area Plans and <br />Design Guidelines, Corcoran, MN <br /> <br />· Hugo Comprehensive Plan Update; Downtown Plan and Design Guidelines; and <br />Multi-Family Design Guidelines, Hugo, MN <br /> <br />Ms. Teresa Forsberg, LEED@ AP, Assoc. AlA, Designer <br />Teresa will provide planning and design support on this project. She grew up on a <br />cranberry marsh in central Wisconsin, so protecting natural resources and respectfully <br />working the land has been a significant part of her life. She has spent time during <br />summers and winters at her family's cabin in Hayward, WI, and appreciates outdoor <br />activities of all kinds.
