The Commons w/in Mississippi Crossings Master Plan, Champlin, MN <br />· County Road J Gateway, Lino Lakes, MN <br /> <br />Mr. Benjamin Sporer, RLA, LEED@ AP, Project Designer <br />Ben will be the lead landscape architect for our team. He will be responsible <br />for leading and coordinating the team's work effort, project scheduling and cost <br />estimates. He has completed conceptual and master plans of a variety of types prior <br />to joining Landform - all included existing facilities assessment, program analysis, open <br />space planning and design, and master planning. At a prior association, he was the <br />project manager and lead designer for the award-winning Minnesota WWII Veterans <br />Memorial at the State Capitol and worked with a team of other landscape architects <br />and artists. His understanding of how to work with many stakeholders to translate <br />from conceptual design to the big picture and the importance of clearly presented <br />material are all relevant. Paul, MN* <br /> <br />· Novus/Trinity School Campus Master Plan, Eagan, MN <br />· Village of Hardwood Creek, Lino Lakes, MN <br /> <br />· The Marquis, Williamsburg, VA <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Sabraski, PE, Designer <br />Steve will provide the civil engineering design and support for this project. His <br />experience in site design, grading and utilities is an asset to our project team. He is a <br />determined, hard-working individual with great attention to detail. He is committed <br />to the successful and timely completion of projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Jungbauer, Water Resources Designer & Manager <br />Mike will lead the water resources design and grants/funding support on this project. <br />Being a former mayor of East Bethel, Mike truly believes in Minnesota, our values <br />and protecting our environment. With a wide variety of 25+ years of public policy, <br />environmental science and research experience, Mike is an invaluable team member <br />providing water resources guidance, design and implementation on projects. <br /> <br />At this time we do not anticipate needing any outside consulting services. <br /> <br />Experience and Resumes Project sheets for most relevant experience and full resumes for each of our team <br />members are provided in the Attachments section. <br /> <br />14 <br />
