As we have discussed, there are currently several tasks underway and some in need of additional attention to <br />keep the momentum that has been created to date. Most critical, I believe, are: <br /> <br />. The Allina and VA deals <br />. The upcoming ICSC events <br />. Participating in steering committee meetings <br />. Refining and finalizing the development process <br />. Completion of the financial analysis and development models (dashboards). <br /> <br />I would also propose we start the weekly development meetings previously discussed as part ofthis effort. <br /> <br />I would like to propose to Staff/CounciljHRA that we continue to provide these services until such time as a further <br />direction is determined by the City. <br /> <br />I have attached a work order for this work to be completed on an hourly as-directed basis until a more formal scope and <br />contract can be put in place. It will focus on the items mentioned above, but also allow us to pursue other opportunities <br />should they be presented. This would be tracked hourly with timecard comments that show exactly where all time was <br />spent. It would predominantly be my time with minimal assistance from staff if/when it was appropriate. I estimated <br />the monthly fee to be roughly $15,000 to keep the above-mentioned tasks moving, but we could certainly work through <br />that again as well. <br /> <br />All previous efforts will remain on their original contracts (Base Visioning, ASA for additional feedback, Altoona, VA, etc). <br /> <br />Please let me know if you have any additional comments or questions.
