<br />WHEREAS, the Policy provides for certain procedures whereby the City will undertake the <br />necessary septic system repairs and assess its cost to the property as with a charge for service <br />assessment; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the septic system repair is $9,000 which amount together with <br />25% administrative overhead fee established by the Policy will bring the total amount of the <br />assessment to approximately $11,250. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the action ofthe City Council, at the Owner's request, <br />the City shall the repair of the septic system and assess against the Property the actual repair cost <br />together with the 25% administrative fee specified by the policy together with interest thereon <br />over a period often years. The Owner expressly waives objection to any irregularity of said <br />improvement assessment and any claim that the amount thereof levied against the Owner's <br />property is excessive, together with all rights to appeal in the courts <br /> <br />In testimony, where of, Domia Hunt and Joseph Hunt have set their hands the day and the year <br />first above written. <br /> <br />Donna Hunt <br /> <br />Joseph Hunt <br /> <br />Attest <br />
