Background: <br />Council Action: <br />Review Checklist <br />City Administrator <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION DEDICATING <br />144 AVENUE NW AS A PUBLIC STREET <br />By: William K Goodrich, City Attorney <br />An issue has arisen regarding the status of 144 Avenue NW lying between Azurite Street NW <br />and Sunfish Lake Boulevard. This street lies on the south side of Sunfish Lake Business Park <br />Third Addition. The City constructed this street on City owned property in the summer of 2008. <br />The City has been asked to adopt a resolution confirming that said street is in fact a public street. <br />The attached resolution is intended to satisfy that request. <br />Motion to adopt Resolution 09 -10- formally dedicating that portion of 144 Avenue NW <br />lying between Azurite Street NW on the west and Sunfish Lake Boulevard (County Road 57) on <br />the east to the public for public street and utility purposes and declaring said street to be a public <br />street. <br />
