Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09-10 - <br />RESOLUTION DEDICATING 144 AVENUE NW AS A PUBLIC STREET. <br />WHEREAS, the City is the owner of Outlot A Sunfish Lake Business Park Third <br />Addition ( "Outlot A "); and <br />WHEREAS, in 2008 the City caused to be constructed on Outlot A and additional land a <br />public street intended to serve properties adjacent to Outlot A and all members of the traveling <br />public; and <br />WHEREAS, the public street constructed on Outlot A has been designated as 144 <br />Avenue NW and lies between Azurite Street NW on the west and Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />(County Road 57) on the east. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That 144 Avenue NW lying between Azurite Street NW and Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />NW (County Road 57) is a City public street and is hereby dedicated to the public for public <br />street and utility purposes. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this day of October, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Mayor <br />
