City of Ramsey at50% <br />and 90% completion of the documents. • <br />Prepare all technical specifications Divisions partial 02 -16. <br />Prepare necessary bidding specifications, bidding forms, and the conditions of the contract. <br />Prepare an updated estimate of the probable construction cost. <br />BIDDING / NEGOTIATION (N.I.C.) <br />1. Review bid packages for completeness and coordination prior to release for bids. <br />2. Review cost alternatives with Owner. <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION (N.I.C..) <br />1, Review shop drawings and material submittals.: <br />2. Conduct on -site observations at appropriate intervals during construction to observe the <br />construction work for conformance with the Contract Documents, <br />3. Issue interpretations and clarifications of the Construction Documents. <br />4. Prepare change orders and construction change directives. <br />5. Review payment requests and recommend action to be taken. <br />6. Prepare certificate of Substantial Completion as designer of record for the project. <br />POST CONSTRUCTION (N.I.C.) <br />1. Conduct an eleven -month walk through to identify work to be performed under warran <br />2.
