Prepare outline specifications for structural engineering items and for sealers, sealants, <br />and joint system. <br />4. Electrical Design <br />a. Prepare the lighting . layouts for the parking. <br />b. Provide recommended switching and circuitry. <br />5. Mechanical and Fire Protection <br />a. Review the City of Ramsey requirements for fire protection. <br />b. Confirm size of mechanical services lines. <br />Civil Design (Landform) <br />a. Layout curb cuts, and entry exit drive. <br />b. Connect to site utilities. <br />c. • Provide landscaping around expansion site. <br />General <br />Prepare drawings and outline specifications for the parking facility and prepare an <br />updated estimate of probable construction cost, <br />b. Review the Design Development documents with the City of Ramsey.. <br />c.
