Nelson <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sean Sullivan <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Assistant City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Frances Welte, 16051 Andrie St, NW, Northfork, stated that she was disgusted with the situation <br />regarding Andrie Street. She stated that the residents were in favor of the reconstruction of the <br />street and felt that the only issue that was up for discussion at the previous meeting was whether <br />or not to include a sidewalk. She felt money had been wasted on the process and that the street <br />reconstruction should have occurred. Ms. Welte stated that some people were allowed to speak <br />at the public hearing against the project even though they were not being assessed and felt that <br />only those being assessed should have been allowed to provide input. <br /> <br />City Council / September 22, 2009 <br />Page 2 of 15 <br />
