<br />8. That the Applicant will reside in the home on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant's business does not typically receive material truck deliveries and <br />does not have customers coming to the property; therefore, the use should not create <br />excessive vehicular traffic to the Subject Property as defined in City Code Section <br />9.11.04 (Home Occupations). <br /> <br />10. That the Applicant's business will operate Monday through Friday and occasionally on <br />Saturdays. <br /> <br />11. That the equipment associated with the Applicant's business include a dump truck with <br />contractor's box, dump box trailer, flatbed trailer, trailer for continuous concrete edging, <br />an enclosed trailer and skid steer, all of which will be parked and/or stored on the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />12. That certain pieces of equipment, such as the continuous concrete edging trailer and <br />enclosed trailer, are left at the various job sites throughout the duration of work, when <br />possible. <br /> <br />13. That City Code Section 9.11.08 (Residential Development Off-Street Parking) requires <br />all commercial vehicles and commercial equipment outside on a property to be parked in <br />the side or rear yard on a surface consisting of bituminous, concrete or class V gravel (con <br />bit) with a minimum base of two (2) inches. <br /> <br />14. That there is currently outside storage of business vehicles and equipment on the Subject <br />Property . <br /> <br />15. That the Applicant will need to install additional surfacing material to comply with the <br />standards outlined in City Code Section 9.11.08 (Residential Development Off-Street <br />Parking). <br /> <br />16. That the Applicant will install a six (6) foot tall wood privacy fence with a gate to further <br />screen the parking, maneuvering and storage areas on the Subject Property if the Permit <br />is approved. <br /> <br />17. That there would be no exterior signage promoting the business on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />18. That City Code Section 9.11.04 (Home Occupations) permits one (1) non-resident <br />employee to work on a property if it is less than three (3) acres in size. <br /> <br />19. That the Applicant's son, who does not reside on the Subject Property, is his business <br />partner and does come to and from the site on a day to day basis. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-09-205 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
