Land Ct. 2009) <br /> <br />MASSACHUSETTS. (05/27/09)- The Town of Natick's Zoning Board <br />of Appeals ("ZBA") issued a comprehensive permit under Mass. Gen. <br />L. c. 40B (the state's regional planning and affordable housing law) to <br />Chrysler Apartinents, LLC. The permit allowed Chrysler to construct <br />four hundred seven (407) units on property in Natick (the "PropertY"). <br />TheProperty was located approximately one thousand feet (1,000) from I. <br />the boundary line separating Natick from the Town of Framingham. <br />After the permit issued to Chrysler, Framingham filed a legal action . 'j <br />in superior court. The action, which W;;tS subsequently transferred to I <br />land court, challenged the ZBA's decision to issue the permit~. Fra~g- <br />ham was not an abutter to the Property; nor was it' an "abutter to an ( <br />abutter."
