Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Allow for Indoor Retail Sales of <br />Motor Vehicles at 13915 Radium Street NW in the E-l District; Case of <br />Complete Motor Sports <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey asked if individual tenants were notified about these permits or just the building <br />owners. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill stated that, per State statute, only the building owner is notified and it <br />is up to them to notify tenants. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to Adopt Resolution <br />#09-130, adopting Findings of Fact #0847 relating to the applicant's request for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to allow for indoor retail sales of motor vehicles in the E-l Employment District. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Jeffrey, Dehen, McGlone, <br />and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to Adopt Resolution <br />#09-06-131 approving the applicant's request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for indoor <br />retail sales of motor vehicles in the E-l Employment District based on Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Jeffrey, Dehen, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Award Bids for 2009 Annual Street Maintenance Program <br /> <br />City Engineer Rimmer reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to Adopt Resolution <br />#09-06-132 awarding bids for the 2009 annual Street Maintenance Program to Division A - <br /> <br />City Council / June 23, 2009 <br />Page 4 of 11 <br />
