<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR - <br />THE CITY ENGINEER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tim Rimmer was promoted to the City Engineer position on <br />April 14, 2009 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Rimmer has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its November 10, 2009 meeting agreed <br />with staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Tim Rimmer, effective <br />October 15,2009. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />-The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Tim Rimmer, effective <br />October-IS, 2009. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloWing voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared dilly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 10th day of November 2009. <br />
