<br />WHEREAS, the Policy provides for certain procedures whereby the City will undertake the <br />necessary septic system repairs and assess its cost to the property as with a charge for service <br />assessment; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the septic system repair is $7,200 which amount together with <br />25% administrative overhead fee established by the Policy will bring the total amolint of the <br />assessment to approximately $9,000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the action of the City Council, at the Owner's request, <br />the City shall the repair of the septic system and assess against the Property the actual repair cost <br />together with the 25% administrative fee specified by the policy together with interest thereon <br />over a period often years.
